Honoured as Samaj Sebi by Kobi Ghar Birati

at Birati Kobighar area under North DumDum Municipality I was honoured as Samaj Sebi (Social Reformer). Kobighar is running by Sri Sukhen Mondal. It is running In collaboration with Bangladesh and West Bengal. I was invited as an honorary Guest.
